This 1,428 acres serves as the watershed for Lake Sampala. The habitat consists of swamps, marsh, and upland pines with scattered food pots along the interior road system. The 153 acres of marsh provides excellent waterfowl hunting while the rest of the property is ideal deer habitat. The pines are scheduled to be thinned, creating even more hunting opportunities.
